Description:

Veritas Volume Manager (VxVM) commands are logged in /etc/vx/log/cmdlog for tracking purposes. This message displays when the write() system call fails on the cmdlog file. This failure can be caused by various reasons such as there is no space left on the device or there is an implementation-dependent space restriction.
