Error Code details
V-5-2-2397
Severity: Error
Component: Volume Manager
Message:
$address: Device address must be of the form <enclosurename>_<diskno> where <enclosurename> is the logical name of the enclosure to which the disk belongs <diskno> is the logical number of the disk
Description:

This message is displayed when enclosure-based naming is set and an invalid disk_address argument is given to the  vxdiskunsetup command. In this case, the disk address is invalid because it’s not a proper form of the enclosure-based name for a disk; that is, it's not in the form enclosurename_#.
