Description: 
This error message appears if you try to encapsulate a disk. Encapsulation requires persistence to be turned on so that device 
names don't change after the reboot after encapsulation.

Turn on persistence using the vxddladm command:
#      /etc/vx/bin/vxddladm set namingscheme={ebn|osn} [persistence=yes|no] [lowercase=yes|no] [use_avid=yes|no]
