Possible causes

This warning message is typically seen when the secondary system selected in the Disaster Recovery wizard does not have the remote device group IP online.  

This may mean one of the following:
 

Replication has been configured with some other secondary node than the secondary system selected in the Disaster Recovery wizard.
Replication has been configured with some other node which is not part of the secondary site cluster.
The wizard was unable to discover the remote IP of the device group because of a mismatch in RAID Manager versions.

 

Solution

The following actions may apply:
 

Ensure that the remote IP address for the device group is configured in the ?horcm? file which is online on the secondary server selected in the Disaster Recovery wizard.
Verify that you have selected the node on which replication has been configured.
Check for a mismatch in RAID Manager versions.
