V-52410-49465-4 - There is no global service group that is online in the cluster. Specify another system or cluster.
Possible causes
This error occurs when the Fire Drill Wizard is validating the system specified from the primary site. This error may be due to the following reasons:
No service group is configured on the primary site. A service group is configured on the primary site, but it is not configured for Disaster Recovery and GCO is not set up between the primary and the planned Disaster Recovery site. A service group is configured on the primary and the secondary (Disaster Recovery) site and GCO is configured between the two. However, the service group is not online completely on the primary site. A service group is configured on the primary and secondary site and GCO is configured between the two. However, the service group is not online on the specified primary site system.
The Symantec Plug-in Host Service is not running Solution
The following actions may apply:
Verify that a service group is properly configured on the primary site. Verify that the configured service group has a valid secondary (Disaster Recovery) site and a GCO connection is set up between the primary and the secondary site. Verify that the service group for which you are running the wizard is completely online on the specified node on the primary site. If the service group is configured on multiple nodes on the site, verify whether you have specified the system name for the server on which the service group is online. It is not sufficient that the service group is online on any one of the nodes in the system. It should be online on the system which you have specified on the primary system selection panel of the Fire Drill Wizard. Open port 7419 which is used by ?pluginhost? for remote communication and/or add this service and the port to the exception list. Verify that the Symantec Plug-in Host Service is in the ?Started? state. This service is listed as the ?Symantec Plug-in Host Service? in the Service Control Manager. If you are using the CLI, execute the following command to start the service: net start plugin_host

The Compare Configurations feature lets you compare different system scans by the data collector. When you sign in, you can choose a target system, compare reports run at different times, and easily see how the system's configuration has changed.
Save configurations
After logging in, you can retrieve past reports, share reports with colleagues, review notifications you received, and retain custom settings. Anonymous users cannot access these features.

As a registered user,you can upload multiple reports, using the Bulk Uploader.
