When a product documentation guide is not present in the installation directory, the Symantec Solution Configuration Center fails to open that document and reports the error "This guide is not available."


To fix this issue, make sure you have installed the product documentation.  To install the product documentation, in Add or Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel, select the entry for Veritas Storage Foundation HA (Server
Components) and click Change. In the Veritas Product Installer, select the  "Add or Remove" option and click Next. On the option selection screen, select the Product Documentation option. Continue with the wizard to complete the installation.

To open a document for a product other than Storage Foundation HA, for example, Enterprise Vault (EV), make sure you have installed the documentation for that other product.
