Possible causes

This error is typically seen in the case of the Disaster Recovery wizard when the primary site and secondary site server name entered belongs to the same cluster.
This may mean the following:
 

You are required to enter a system (server) name for the primary site on the System Selection page and another system (server) name for the secondary site.
You might encounter this error when the system (server) name supplied for both the primary and secondary sites belongs to the same cluster.

Precautions
Precautions you need to take:
 

Make sure that the system (server) name that you have supplied for the primary site and the secondary site are both from a different cluster.
Please note that in case of a Replicated Data Cluster setup, though there is no shared storage between the zones they are still part of the same cluster. Zone1 and Zone2 of a Replicated Data Cluster are part of the same cluster. Hence for a Replicated Data Cluster setup, you need to specify a server node outside of this primary cluster as a secondary system name.
