Volume Operations fails with VXERROR_VOLUME_MONITORED_VCS.
Description:

This error occurs when the volume that you are working on is configured with or monitored by Veritas Cluster Server (VCS). In such cases, Veritas Storage Foundation for Windows (SFW) does not allow some operations on the volume, such as changing the drive letter, deleting the volume, or snapback of the volume.

The volume should not be configured with or monitored by VCS. To resolve this issue, change the VCS configuration and then try again.
