Possible causes

Volume never arrives.

  •  
  •  Volume takes longer than default timeout (2min) to arrive under heavy system load.

  • Solution

    1. Either vold failed to install the volume or a Microsoft issue, causing the volume never to show up on PnP.
    2. Increase the registry timeout value for both single volume and per dg arrival.
