Possible causes

If the licensing key, installed in this system, is a demo or demo extension key, it is possible key has expired.

  • If the licensing key, installed in this system, is a permeate key, it is possible this key does not support FMR feature enable.

  • Solution

    Run vxlicrep.exe tool on the system, it will give more detail information about licensing key in the system
