Getting the following error mesage when running the Snap Prepare Operation V-76-58657-1073
Brief Description: VSS Writers and their Components could not be refreshed.
Failed to refreshed VSS Writers and their components. Check logs for more details Recommended Action: Retry
1- Verify the VSS Provider service exists on the server
2- run the following commands then try again
Cd “%vmpath%”
Vxvssprovider.exe /service
Vxvss64hlpr.exe /regserver
Vxvssprvapi.exe /regserver
Regsvr32 /s /u vdsdymdr.dll
Vxvds.exe /regserver
Vxvdsdyn.exe /regserver
3-If the issue is still the same then Uninstall / Re-install SFW 5.1
4-If the issue remains, Call Technical Support
