Error Code details
V-76-58659-24
Severity: Error
Component: Storage Foundation Windows
Message:
Failed to get VDS pack object.
Description:

This issue occurs when you add a disk to or remove disk from a dynamic disk group. The error occurs if the Virtual Disk Service (VDS) object database does not have the object corresponding to the disk group object in the Veritas Enterprise Administrator (VEA) object database, which means that the two databases are not in sync. This may happen if the VDS object database was not refreshed automatically.
