Make sure that disks in diskgroup %s are accessible using following command: # vxdisk -o alldgs list If you are using cluster environment, then also make sure that the diskgroup is not exclusively imported on some other host in cluster. Otherwise retry the operation from the host where the diskgroup is already imported.
