Message:
As you chose not to start <product>, the following types of events did not occur: 1) Various <product> processes were not started; and 2) some configuration activities that interacted with these processes could not be performed. As a result, <product> is not ready to be started. You will need to run <program> -configure to complete the installation. Note: This does not apply to systems where you are upgrading <product> or restoring previous <product> configurations.
