Problem:
1. Upgrade to 5.1 Rolling Pack (RP) using the installation program uninstalls 5.1 Language Pack (LP)
2. Upgrade to 5.1 Rolling Pack (RP) using the installation program doesn't install VRTSob patch 143687 (SolSparc) / 143693 (sol_x64)

Solution:
Symantec is providing a hot-fix to resolve the issue.
 
Steps:

1. Copy the hot-fix HF_lp_VRTSob_51rp2.pl to /tmp
2. Invoke the RP installer with the hot-fix
