DETAILS OF INCIDENTS FIXED BY THE PATCH
---------------------------------------
This patch fixes the following incidents:

Patch ID: 6.2.1.200

* 3912033 (Tracking ID: 2852872)

SYMPTOM:
Veritas Fencing command "vxfenadm -d" sometimes shows "replaying" RFSM
state for some nodes in the cluster.

DESCRIPTION:
During cluster startup, sometimes fencing RFSM keeps showing
"replaying" state for a node, but in fact the node has entered "running" state.

RESOLUTION:
The code is modified so that now fencing does not show incorrect RFSM
state for a node.

Patch ID: VRTSvxfen-6.2.1.100

* 3794201 (Tracking ID: 3794154)

SYMPTOM:
Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) does not support Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Update 7
(RHEL6.7).

DESCRIPTION:
VCS did not support RHEL versions released after RHEL6 Update 6.

RESOLUTION:
VCS support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Update 7 (RHEL6.7) is now introduced.

Patch ID: VRTSvxfen-6.2.1.000

* 3691204 (Tracking ID: 3691202)

SYMPTOM:
Sometimes fencing fails to start and reports an error that it was unable to register with majority of coordination points.

DESCRIPTION:
The failure was observed due to an issue in the fencing startup script where a wildcard expansion in an echo expression produced some undesired value. The undesired value caused the fencing startup failure.

RESOLUTION:
The fencing code is modified so that the wildcard in the echo
expression is does not get expanded.

* 3714463 (Tracking ID: 3722178)

SYMPTOM:
The runlevel setting for VXFEN service changes upon running the rpm --verify command on VXFEN.

DESCRIPTION:
The unexpected behavior is observed due to an issue in the VXFEN spec file which was turning on the VXFEN service.

RESOLUTION:
The VXFEN spec file code is modified so that the runlevel settings of VXFEN service are not modified during the verification phase.
