Date:2017-06-21 OS: Windows/Linux Etrack Incidents: CFT-49, CFT-55, CFT-56, CFT-175, CFT-211, CFT-214, CFT-228, CFT-260, CFT-270, CFT-273, CFT-321 ********************************************************************************* List Of Issues Fixed in 5.2.2 Release Pack. ********************************************************************************* CFT-49 - During the scan of an LDAP domain, users and groups that do not have assigned UidNumber and GidNumber are scanned, and are added to the users database. CFT-55 - On upgrading to Data Insight 5.2, Activity and Security columns in the msu_summary table of the dashboard database are not populated due to which these columns do not appear on the Workspace > Shares view of the Data Insight console due to a failure of the dashboard report. CFT-56 - After an upgrade to Release 5.2, the user preferences are fail to load and certain information, such as the display names of users and filers are not displayed on the console. CFT-175 - The permission view takes longer to display information for Box resources. CFT-211 - Null pointer exception when fetching Sharepoint audit logs. CFT-214 - When performing a silent upgrade of Windows File Servers and worker nodes , the UpgradeData.exe failed if there is congestion in network. CFT-228 - Health Audit Report failed to generate output in CSV format in Data Insight 5.2. CFT-260 - The URL in the email sent when a User Activity Deviation policy is violated was incorrect. CFT-270 - The scanning dashboard on the Data Insight console did not report the right throughput value for Box scans. CFT-273 - The idxwriter.exe process crashes while processing Microsoft SharePoint scan data and thus fails to update index databases with the information. This resulted in stale information being displayed on Data Insight console and in reports. CFT-321 Data Insight displays incomplete user information on its console and in reports. This happened because the scheduled process fails to fetch information about local users and groups from Cluster-mode NetApp devices. Install/Uninstall Instructions: Apply this rolling patch on all Data Insight servers with version 5.2 and 5.2.1 NOTE: Please keep a backup of the Data Insight files in the installation directory. This will be required in case you want to manually rollback the patch. High Level Steps: 1. Apply the rolling patch on Management Server first, followed by all worker nodes. 2. Next, apply patch to Windows File Server agents (if applicable). 3. Next, apply patch to Microsoft SharePoint agents (if applicable). Patching Data Insight Management Server and worker nodes: 1.
