SYMPTOM:
Update U1 fixes issues in VRP 3.0

DESCRIPTION:
JIRA IDs

10608 Risks not generated if the required version of .Net and Powershell are not installed.
10943 Stop resiliency group operation fails on the Portuguese locale.
11009 If you run backup on a virtual machine protected by VAIO, the backup operation and the virtual machine becomes unresponsive.
11100 Disaster recovery operations fail if a Veritas Replication Set name includes space.
11102 State update for a virtual machine gets delayed if there is only one virtual machine associated with the Hyper-V server.
11262 Risk service consuming huge amount of memory since the heap dump is not enabled.
11322 While applying persona at a resiliency group or a VBS level, the wizard can be closed even without selecting any resiliency group or a VBS.
11439 Table entries do not get loaded on Japanese locale.
11471 The klish option to set the IP does not work correctly on the appliance.
11520 If you back up a protected virtual machine with quiesce option, the machine becomes unresponsive and resiliency group migration fails.

DOWNLOADING THE UPDATE

This Update is applicable for VRP 3.0

1. Download repository bundle using 'Setup Repository Bundle Download' link on update page

* Veritas_Resiliency_Platform_Setup_Repository_3.0.1.0.tar.gz
      This zip contains the setup_conf_repo.pl and other files to be used for setting up the update on repository server

2. Download the update/patch bundle file vrp-centos68_x86_64-Update-3.0.1.0.tar.gz on your repository server
3. Unzip the update/patch bundle file vrp-centos68_x86_64-Update-3.0.1.0.tar.gz on your repository server
4. Multiple files will be extracted within patches folder

* Veritas_Resiliency_Platform_RM_Upgrade_Bundle_3.0.1.0.tar.gz
      The file to be configured using setup_conf_repo.pl on repository server for RM fixes

* Veritas_Resiliency_Platform_DataMover_Upgrade_Bundle_3.0.1.0.tar.gz
      The file to be configured using setup_conf_repo.pl on repository server for DataMover fixes

* Veritas_Resiliency_Platform_IMS_Upgrade_Bundle_3.0.1.0.tar.gz
      The file to be configured using setup_conf_repo.pl on repository server for IMS fixes

* VRTSsfmitrp-3.0.1.0.sfa
      This addon is to be uploaded on VIOM management server UI in case of InfoScale support from VRP

Note: If automatic DRS is not enabled, you need to put the ESX hosts into maintenance mode to go ahead with the bundle update.
