This patch fixes the following incidents:

* 3950873 (Tracking ID: 3950995)

SYMPTOM:
CMS upgrade fail while upgrading from 7.3.1 HF2 onward to 7.4.

DESCRIPTION:
CMS upgrade will fail from 7.3.1 HF2 onwards to 7.4 due to DB changes in VIOM 
7.4.

RESOLUTION:
Run 7.4 upgrade pre-patch on CMS and then run 7.4 installer to upgrade to 7.4.



INSTALLING THE PATCH
--------------------
Apply the fix on the Veritas InfoScale Operations Manager management server:
*For Linux run the following command:
 /opt/VRTSsfmcs/pgsql/bin/psql -p 5636 -d SFMdb3
 habdbsync -f "Upgrade_from_7.3.1_to_7.4.sql file path"
*For windows run the following command:
 C:\Program Files\Veritas\VRTSsfmcs\pgsql\bin\psql -p 5636 -d
 SFMdb3 -U habdbsync -f "Upgrade_from_7.3.1_to_7.4.sql file path"
