SUMMARY OF ISSUES FIXED BY THE HOTFIX
---------------------------------------
Hotfix 3.3.2.15:
* STESC-3484 (VRP-25622) - Networkgroups are faulty due to presence of pending delete vertex.
* STESC-3484 (VRP-25695) - Create RG failed as the update for CG to CG link happenss in global quorum

DETAILS OF ISSUES FIXED BY THE HOTFIX
--------------------------------------------
This hotfix fixes the following JIRA issues:

* STESC-3484 (Fix Tracking ID - VRP-25622 and VRP-25695 )

SYMPTOM: Networkgroups are faulty due to presence of pending delete vertex.

DESCRIPTION: Remove vertex fails for random reason and it results in increase of delete pending vertices

RESOLUTION: We have seen that remove vertex fails for random reason and it results in increase of delete pending vertices. we made changes to just catch the error, log it and not abort transaction.

* STESC-3484 (Fix Tracking ID - VRP-25695 )

SYMPTOM: Create RG failed at “Generate Configuration” step with error “Failed to orchestrate the workflows, the replication is not present in either source or target data center.”

DESCRIPTION:Due to network latency between resiliency managers, the ingestion of replication information was slow and making the ingestion queues to fill up causing delay in required data to be available in the database. This caused failure in creation of resiliency group.

RESOLUTION:Updates to replication information is done with a consistency level which does not required data inquiry across RMs. This has made ingestion more efficient and queues do not fill up.
