The Veritas Enterprise Administrator Service(vxsvc) is vulnerable to heap overflow. 
When it happens, vxsvc may start crashing unexpectedly or starts consuming  more CPU cycles.

In Rule Manager when New Rule Wizard is launched by clicking menu File-> New, the SNMP settings are required if "Send SNMP Trap Notification" option is selected in "Select Actions" page. If SNMP settings fields are empty then following error message is displayed.
"Incomplete details specified for setting SNMP Trap. Please fill all empty fields."

-	Edit MyRule and try to add additional Alert Topics by clicking on "Select" button in "Rule Properties". In this case old selections of Alert Topics are not retained.

An error message "Grid could not pull files" is displayed while 
creating a rule in action agent and the gridnode agent exits with a core dump.

Install/Uninstall Instructions:
Apply this rolling patch only on hosts where Storage Foundation 5.0 & 5.0MP1 has already been
installed. 

After untaring the tarball, use the install_vea_rp2 script which will upgrade all the packages in order.
