Issue:
In some situations of upgrading to 5.0MP3 on Solaris, the installer may remove some drivers (vxportal, vxio, fdd, vxdmp, vxspec, vxglm, vxgms, llt, or gab) from the system while the packages having those drivers are still correctly installed. The missing drivers may prevent the system from booting, or after reboot some drivers will not get loaded.

Solution:
Symantec is providing a new Perl module as a workaround to this installation problem.

Workaround Steps:
      1. Copy the Perl module rem_drv_patch.pl to /tmp
      2. Usage:
          ./installmp -require /tmp/rem_drv_patch.pl
