This patch has updated installation and config checker binaries to address changes in 3rd party code.
There are NO new product features, NO enhancements, NO modifications to product functionality and NO bug fixes. 
Overview

During the product installation, the installer extracts a set of DLLs along with the other required binaries. Some of these DLL files are either not used by the software or are an older version.
This patch deletes the DLLs that are not required and replaces the older DLLs with their respective newer versions.
The following table shows the location of each DLL and the action taken by the patch:

Install/Uninstall Instructions:

Note:
- It is assumed that one of the products listed earlier is installed on the system.
- Ensure that the logged on user account has administrative privileges.
1. Download and extract the patch zip file to a temporary location on your system.
2. Stop the VCSMC server on the machine (execute ‘net stop cmcweb’ from command line)
3. Access the temporary location and double-click the patch executable file to begin the installation.
The progress of the installation is displayed in a command prompt window. 
The installer deletes or replaces the DLLs from their respective directories on all the systems.
4.	Start the VCS MC server(execute ‘net start cmcweb’ from command line)
5.	Login to the console.
