VOM Hotfix for resolving the Administrative privileges issue with Unix Admin Add-on

Errors/Problems Fixed:
1. Login to VOM using a user who has admin privileges on certain hosts of a Business Entity.
2. Navigate to the host where the user has privileges and click on the Administer link
3. Once inside the administer link click on All Volumes or any other link on the summary page. 
4. At this moment it throws user not authorized error. 

Install/Uninstall Instructions:

Install
-------
1. Upload the hotfix (.sfa ) file to the VOM deployment repository. Login to VOM, Navigate to Settings --> Deployment Management --> Use the upload button to upload the hotfix
2. Once the hotfix is uploaded, select the hotfix from the table below and click install. 
3. Complete the wizard and wait for the hotfix to be installed successfully. 
4. Once the Install is complete, the GUI will prompt to restart the VOM UI. Use the following command to restart the server (/opt/VRTSsfmcs/cweb/sfmw restart)

Uninstall
---------
1.  Navigate to Settings --> Deployment Management
2.  Click on the Hotfix Add-On
3.  On the details page, select the host (which is the VOM CMS itself).
4.  Click on Uninstall.


Known Issues
------------
If you try to uninstall the Hot Fix by selecting it on the Settings --> Deployment Management and clicking "Uninstall", 
then it shows error "Failed to perform the operation. Add-on not deployed on any host in the domain".
Workaround is to do the uninstall via the method described above.
