INCIDENTS FIXED BY THE PATCH
----------------------------
This patch fixes the following Symantec incidents:

* 2377517

SYMPTOM:
perl processes consume a large amount of memory on managed hosts and VOM CMS

DESCRIPTION:
HF HF030142900-11.sfa is applicable for following versions of VOM:-
VOM 3.1, VOM 3.1SP1/RP1 and VOM 4.0 across all platforms supported by VOM.

HF HF030142900-11 addresses the following issues:-
1. On windows, VOM uses pure perl JSON parser while processing discovery data.
pure perl parser is very slow and memory intensive.
2. In case VOM Managed host is unable to communicate with the VOM Central Server
(e.g. if VOM CS is down) then task status updates get accumulated multiple times
on the Managed Host.Hence when the communication between MH and CMS is restored a
large amount of data is reported from the MH (than what is expected) causing perl
processes on MH and CMS to increase in memory.

RESOLUTION:
For issue 1) replaced pure perl JSON parsed with XS based parser on windows.
For issue 2) do not accumulate task status if it the same status update is already accumulated.
