This patch fixes the following Symantec incidents:

SYMPTOM:
SUBSYS_ID is NULL , due to which Incorrect Mirror on same enclosure is reported. 

DESCRIPTION:
HF040010970-08.sfa is applicable for VOM 4.0 for central server and managed host.


HF 040010970-08 addresses the following issue:
In delta runs, the disk to enclosure mapping is not reported which causes corelation to fail and then we  see false positives in the PC checks

RESOLUTION:
During delta discovery ensure that disk to enclosure mapping is reported.

INSTALLING THE PATCH
--------------------
This hotfix is applicable for VOM Central Server. 
It has to be installed on the VOM CMS. 

1. Download the file "HF040010970-08.sfa".
2. Launch a browser and login to the VOM management server.
3. Navigate to Settings -> Deployment Management tab.
4. Upload the add-on to the VOM CMS using the "upload" button.
   The HF HF040010970-08 should be  visible in the table below.
5. Select the HF and install it.


REMOVING THE PATCH
------------------
1. Launch a browser and login to the VOM management server.
2. Navigate to Settings -> Deployment Management tab.
3. Select the add-on. This will take you to the page which shows the status of the HF on all hosts.
Uninstall it from the VOM CS host.
