This patch fixes the following Symantec incidents:

* 2615037 (Tracking ID: 2634457)

SYMPTOM:
Support the vSphere 5.0 in the VCS One 5.0SP2.

DESCRIPTION:
prior to this fix, VCS One has support of only vSphere 2.5 and
vSphere 4.0.

RESOLUTION:
Added the support of the vSphere 5.0 in the VCS One 5.0SP2.


INSTALLING THE PATCH
--------------------
Stopping the VCS one GUI
------------------------
To stop the VCS One GUI on the PM cluster node:

1. Stop the Webserver.
    # hastop -web

2. Verify that the VCS One GUI components are OFFLINE.
    # haadmin -status


Installing the Package
----------------------------
To install the package on all PM cluster nodes:

1. Uncompress the package that you downloaded from Symantec.

2. Change the directory to the uncompressed package location.

3. Install the VRTSvcsonew 5.0SP2PP1 package using the following commands:
    # pkgrm VRTSvcsonew (Uninstall the earlier package) 
    # pkgadd -d . VRTSvcsonew ( install the new package)

4. Verify that the package has been installed:
    # pkginfo | grep VRTSvcsonew


Starting the VCS One GUI
--------------------------
To restart VCS One GUI on the PM cluster node:

1. Start Webserver.
    # hastart -web

2. Verify if all the VCS One components are ONLINE.
        # haadmin -status

3. Login the VCS One GUI using 
https://<policy_master_vitutal_ip>  :14171/


REMOVING THE PATCH

UNINSTALLING THE PACKAGE
----------------------
To uninstall the package:
1. Run the following steps on all the nodes in the Policy Master (PM) cluster:
    a. Stop VCS One GUI.
    b. Uninstall the package.
    c. Install the earlier package/patch.
    d. Start the VCS One GUI.


Stopping the VCS One GUI
--------------------------
To stop the VCS One GUI on the PM cluster node:

1. Stop the Webserver.
    # hastop -web


2. Verify that the VCS One components are OFFLINE.
    # haadmin -status


Uninstalling the patch
--------------------
To uninstall the patch on all PM cluster nodes:

1. Uninstall the VRTSvcsonew 5.0SP2PP1 patch using the following commands:
    # pkgrm VRTSvcsonew

2. Verify that the patch has been uninstalled:
    # pkginfo | grep VRTSvcsonew
   If the patch is uninstalled properly, the console outputs nothing


Installing the earlier patch
--------------------
To install the patch on all PM cluster nodes:

1. Go to the directory from VCS One is installed

2. Go to dvd3-VCSOne5.0SP2/sol_sparc/cluster_server_one/pkgs/

3. Extract the package VRTSvcsonew.tar.gz

3. Install the VRTSvcsonew 5.0SP2 package using the following commands:
    # pkgadd -d . VRTSvcsonew

4. Verify that the patch has been uninstalled:
    # pkginfo | grep VRTSvcsonew



Starting the VCS one GUI
--------------------------
To restart VCS One GUI on the PM cluster node:

1. Start Webserver.

    # hastart -web

2. Verify if all the VCS One components are ONLINE.
        # haadmin -status
