* 2643108 (Tracking ID: 2643104)

SYMPTOM:
xprtld.exe service on windows crashes on startup.

DESCRIPTION:
When a host has large number of adapters(>16), xprtld.exe service crashes on windows on startup.

RESOLUTION:
This is because xprtld was using a fixed size array for adapters on windows, which failed when there were large number of them on a host. This has been now changed to dynamically allocate based on number of adapters.
