This patch fixes the following Symantec incidents:

* 2776233 (Tracking ID: 2782642)

SYMPTOM:
For detailed discovery of Sybase database, configuring the Sybase instance from
the VOM UI fails.

DESCRIPTION:
The job that verifies if the provided credentials for the Sybase instance are
correct, did not set the Sybase environment and hence the execution of Sybase
command fails

RESOLUTION:
Set proper Sybase environment in the job script before trying to execute the
Sybase command.


INSTALLING THE PATCH
--------------------
This hotfix is applicable for VOM 4.1 Managed Hosts.

1. Download the file HF040101190-11.sfa
2. Launch a browser and login to the VOM management server.
3. Navigate to Settings ->   Deployment Management tab.
4. Upload the add-on to the VOM CMS using the "upload" button.
   The HF HF040101190-11 should be visible in the table below.
5. HF install instructions
    - In the Deployment Management page,  click on the HF HF040101190-11 and it
    will take you to the Deployment Summary page. Select the 4.1 Managed
    hosts on which you want to apply the HF and click on the Install button.
    - If the CMS version is 4.1, it is recommended to install the HF first
    on the CMS and then on the other managed hosts.


REMOVING THE PATCH
------------------
1. Launch a browser and login to the VOM management server.
2. Navigate to Settings ->   Deployment Management tab.
3. Remove instruction for HF
   - In the Deployment Management page, click on the HF HF040101190-11 and it
   will take you to the Deployment Summary page. Select the 4.1 managed
   host/s on which the status shown is "Enabled" (HF installed) and click on
   Uninstall button.
