1. Overview of the HotFix

- Apply this patch only if Enterprise Reporter GUI is showing Error/Exceptions after ER52RU3 upgrade.


This patch can be applied on Enterprise Reportor Management Server 5.2 RU3 only. Files that are available for download includes the following:
   * README
     Summary: This is a README file

   * Folder 'patches': 
     Summary: This 'patches' folder contains a file 'ccer_ru3_patch.bat'.

 * Enterprise Reporter 5.2 RU3

* Windows 2003 32bit and 64bit server
* Windows 2008 32 bit server

4 - Applying the patch
=====================================

a. Copy ccer_ru3_patch.bat to <CCER_INSTALL_DIR>\esmweb.
b. Open command prompt and cd to <CCER_INSTALL_DIR>\esmweb.
c. Execute batch file ccer_ru3_patch.bat which will create patch.log in same directory.
d. Open 'patch.log' and check if there is any error message.


After patch is intstalled,  ER-GUI should be running without any issues.
