----------------------------
This patch fixes the following Symantec incidents:

Patch ID: HF040101190-15

* 2808832 (Tracking ID: 2803969)

SYMPTOM:
Several emails are being sent when VMWare discovery fails.

DESCRIPTION:
When a rule is configured to send email if VMWare discovery fails,
several mails are sent instead of one email.

RESOLUTION:
This is because alerts were being raised for each of the esx servers.
Now only one alert gets raised for vCenter, and hence only one mail is sent.
