This patch fixes the following Symantec incidents:

SYMPTOM:
Uptime Analysis report is showing inconsistent data.

DESCRIPTION:
When user selects different time ranges for Uptime Analysis report,
some of the Service Group activities are missing among multiple runs of the same
report.

RESOLUTION:
This is due to the purging of VCS trending information, which is
currently set to 120 days. Now this hotfix is gracefully handling the data purging
scenario.

INSTALLING THE PATCH
--------------------
This hotfix is applicable for VOM CMS.

1. Download the file HF040101190-14.sfa
2. Launch a browser and login to the VOM management server.
3. Navigate to Settings >     Deployment Management tab.
4. Upload the add-on to the VOM CMS using the Upload button.
   HF040101190-14 should be visible in the table below.
5. Select the HF and click the Install button.
6. The VOM webserver will be restarted. 
   User will need to relogin in VOM UI once the webserver is up.


REMOVING THE PATCH
------------------
1. Launch a browser and login to the VOM management server.
2. Navigate to Settings >    Deployment Management tab.
3. Remove instruction for VOM CMS
   - Click the HF and it takes you to the Deployment Summary page
   - Select VOM CMS host and uninstall the HF.
