* 3038705 (Tracking ID: 3042817)

SYMPTOM:
If you try to use the VMware vSphere Client menu to upgrade from Veritas
Cluster Server (VCS) 6.0.2 to VCS maintenance release (MR) 6.0.3 or later, or to Agent
Pack 4Q2012 or later, the upgrade fails on virtual machines running Linux. The
following error message appears:

continue."

DESCRIPTION:
This behavior occurs because the pre-installation check fails to determine that
a  product update is available.
