This patch fixes the following Symantec incidents:

* 3135153 (Tracking ID: 3135145)

SYMPTOM:
fsadm may partially reclaim space in case request size is greater than 2GB.

DESCRIPTION:
In case request size is greater than 2GB, possible reclaimable space
may get truncated to 2GB which would result in partial reclaim.

RESOLUTION:
Code has been modified to avoid the truncation.
