DETAILS OF INCIDENTS FIXED BY THE PATCH

This patch fixes the following Symantec incidents:

* 3211192 (Tracking ID: 3237852)

SYMPTOM:
Oracle 12c database is not supported.

DESCRIPTION:
Support the Oracle 12c database version (Multitenant database are
not supported)

RESOLUTION:
SFDB commands/utilities have been qualified to work with Oracle 12c
database.

* 3006332 (Tracking ID: 3030663)

SYMPTOM:
It is observed in that 'dbed_vmclonedb' -o recoverdb doesn't read the
pfile supplied to change the clone database parameters

DESCRIPTION:
The pfile_mod supplied to the dbed_vmclonedb was incorrectly being
read by the script and hence is ignored.

RESOLUTION:
Corrected the script to read the pfile_mod parameter.



INSTALLING THE PATCH
--------------------
Before installing the patch, the SF/SFHA/SFCFS/SFRAC stack have to be at the 6.0.3 level.

For Solaris 10 releases, refer to the man pages for instructions
on using 'patchadd' and 'patchrm' scripts provided with Solaris.
Any other special or non-generic installation instructions should be

installs a patch to a standalone machine:

        example: #patchadd /var/spool/patch/149808-01
