FIXED INCIDENTS:
----------------

PATCH ID: VRTSobgui_3_4_36_0_3596076

 * INCIDENT NO: 3596076	 TRACKING ID: 3586896

Symptom: SFW 6.1 VEA GUI shows permission errors while performing operations.

Description: If the admin privileged user is logged in VEA GUI using Logged On
user option and performs any operation, the user gets the following error "Your
user account does not have the privileges required to perform the operation".

Resolution: This issue is due to NetUserGetLocalGroups Microsoft API limitation
which does not return nested admin group membership if the group is nested more
than or equal to 2 levels. To workaround the issue, the Logged On user option
has been removed and the user now needs to explicity enter credentials.
