NAME

vxfendisk - Perform operation on disk(s) contained in a given Veritas Volume Manager diskgroup.

SYNOPSIS

vxfendisk -g diskgroup -a list [ -o filename ] [ -w ]

DESCRIPTION

The vxfendisk utility is provided to generate the list of paths of disk(s) contained in the diskgroup. This utility requires that Veritas Volume Manager is installed and configured.

OPTIONS

-g diskgroup
The diskgroup on which operation to be performed.
-a list
List paths to disk(s) contained in the diskgroup.
-o filename
Populate the filename with the list of paths of disk(s) contained in the diskgroup. Without this option, the utility prints the list of paths of disk(s) on standard output.
-w
Use raw devices for testing. With this option, the utility picks the raw paths for disks in the diskgroup.
