Save a copy of /var/adm/ras/errtmplt and /etc/trcfmt files before you install the product. If the packages fail to install due to the template file is corrupted error message, replace /var/adm/ras/errtmplt file and /etc/trcfmt file with the ones that you had saved, uninstall all the packages installed.

Then reinstall.
