GracePeriod 

Required when the value of the NFSRestart attribute is 1. GracePeriod specifies the amount of time that lock recovery is allowed by the NFS server after its reboot.

LockFileTimeout 

The NFS and the NFSRestart agents require a synchronization mechanism when the group to which they belong is in transition, for example going online or coming offline. A file serves as this synchronization mechanism. The LockFileTimeout attribute specifies the maximum time that the synchronization file exists.
