Use the dbdst_report command as follows:
$ /opt/VRTS/bin/dbdst_report -S $ORACLE_SID -o audit \
startdate=yyyy-mm-dd,enddate=yyyy-mm-dd
For example, to view an audit report of changes from January 1, 2007 through March 1, 2007, use the dbdst_report command as follows:
$ /opt/VRTS/bin/dbdst_report -S $ORACLE_SID -o audit \
startdate=2007-01-01,enddate=2007-03-01
