The svsdatastore utility shipped with VirtualStore provides end-to-end provisioning of NFS datastores. It takes a bunch of disks and Virtual IP information and sets up a datastore that can be easily added to VMware ESX via NFS. The utility also allows you to do basic operations such as grow, shrink, and delete the configured NFS datastores. The utility hides all the internal details of the VirtualStore stack and provides an simplified abstraction for the user.
