The vxcpserv binary is the Veritas Coordination Point Server process.

System administrators can use the -r, -p, -d, -t, and -l, flags.

-p	Specify the port on which the Coordination Point Server should listen on.
-d	Specify debugging be turned on.
-t	Specify tracing be turned on.
-l	Specify the log path.
-r	Run as regular process. Don\(cqt become a demon. This can be helpful for debugging the Coordination Point Server.
-h	Displays the usage for vxcpserv command.

Run it as

# vxcpserv

vxcpadm(1M), vxcpcli(1M)
