To recover a virtual business service after a disaster occurred, perform the following tasks:
Check the Cluster Server logs for the CFAULT alert. CFAULT indicates that the production site cluster failed.
View the DR plan for the global service group by running the vbssvc -showplan vbs_name command.
The command output shows that the global cluster on the production site is faulted.
Start the virtual business service on the DR Site by running the vbssvc -start vbs_name command .
The vbssvc -start command brings the global service group online at the DR site by using the -force option.
