Sets the cache mode as configured in the CacheMode attribute and finds out the type of cache area. Following are the types:

Offline

Disables the cache for a configure object.

Clean

Disable the cache for a configured object.

Monitor

Monitors the state of the caching for a configured cache object.

Attr_changed

Validates and makes necessary changes if the CacheMode attribute is reconfigured.
