ff_vxfs - list file names and inode information for a VxFS file system
ff [ -V vxfs ] [ -H ] [ generic_options ] [ -o s ] special...
VRTSvxfs
ff reads the inode list and directories of the device special, which has a VxFS file system. Inode data is saved for files that match all the selection criteria. Output consists of the path name for each saved inode, plus other file information requested using the print options. Output fields are positional. The output is produced in inode order; fields are separated by tabs. The default line produced by ff is:
pathname inumber The path name is preceded by a dot (.) unless the -p generic option is specified. The maximum information ff displays is: pathname inumber size owner
No cluster issues; command operates the same on cluster file systems.
generic_options Supported by the generic ff command. See ff(1M). -H When specified with the -s option, displays file sizes in the following human-friendly units: B (bytes), KB (kilobytes), MB (megabytes), GB (gigabytes), TB (terabytes), PB (petabytes), and EB (exabytes). -o Specifies VxFS file system-specific options. The following option is available:
s Prints only special files and files with set-user-ID mode. -V vxfs Specifies the VxFS file system type.
/etc/filesystems File system characteristics.
The ff command prints summary information and a report to standard output.Named attributes are listed as ./(null).
