To configure HugePages for Oracle on Linux with systemD, set the LimitMEMLOCK value to infinity.
# hares -modify oracle SystemDAttrList LimitMEMLOCK infinity

Note:

Because of an Linux operating system limitation, the LimitMEMLOCK value needs to be set to infinity.
