All data in the volume is lost when you delete it. Make sure that the information has been backed up onto another storage medium and verified, or that it is no longer needed.
To delete a volume
Select the designated volume.
Select Delete Volume.
You are prompted for verification. Click Yes to delete or No to cancel. The volume is removed immediately if you click Yes.
