To take a snapshot of any of the Enterprise Vault components with SFW for quick recovery, these components need to reside on the SFW dynamic volumes.
Refer to the Enterprise Vault Server documentation for information about creating new databases, Enterprise Vault partitions, and index locations and setting the paths.
