Reports generated by pre-existing schedules display erroneous data after installing or upgrading to Storage Insight Add-on 5.0 (2823297)

In Veritas Operations Manager, after you install or upgrade to the Storage Insight Add-on 5.0, the pre-existing schedules for the All Enclosures and All LUNs reports continue to be active, but the reports that are generated display erroneous data. These pre-existing schedules are not displayed in the Schedules table in the report view.

Workaround:

You need to manually disable the existing schedules and create new schedules for the All Enclosures and the All LUNs reports.

To disable and recreate schedules

  1. In the Veritas Operations Manager console, click Settings > Schedules.
  2. In the Schedules view, select the schedules that you want to disable and click Actions > Delete.
  3. In the subsequent wizard panels, review the details and click OK to disable the schedules.
  4. Click Reports. In the Reports view, identify the report for which you want to create a schedule and click Schedule.
  5. In the subsequent wizard panels, enter the details and click Finish to recreate the schedule.
