To download a high availability agent

1. From the top of any SORT page, select Downloads > High Availability Agents.
2. On the High Availability Agents page, find the agent you want to download. Use the list boxes and check boxes to filter the display by:

   • Agent type

   • Application

   • Product release

   • Platform

   • Architecture

3. In the agent table, find your application version and operating system version. Click the appropriate agent link.
4. On the Details page, next to the agent name, click Download.
